Angry Enzo would cringe!

Wanted to share this--just saw a young woman (probably mid-to-late 20s) driving a red F430 convertible with the vanity plate "4MYLUV." Aside from being jealous, the part that killed me: she was pulling out of a parking lot using the dreaded one-hand, underhanded steering technique.

I signed up to this board being a BMW enthusiast, it hurts my _heart_ seeing someone driving an M3 to even feel it neccassary to post a Post like paradoc did here.
Yea maybe Im even a bit jealous of his nice E90 M3 and got a bit harsh in my tone, simply because a M3 in Austria costs 100k$ +..

I mean, I could produce 600+ posts of similar low value content, would that make you more happier?

I enjoy the idea of people sharing their knowledge, that help others, and communicate and I totally respect everyone who does that, however if im new to BMW and I have absolutely nothing constructive to add I would rather shut up for 2 years or even more.

I think you need to lighten up a bit and not take the thread so seriously. I have seen far worse threads posted on these forums.

As an enthusiast the OP is purely stating its tough to see a non enthusiast drive a car like that and not fully appreciate it for what it is. (at least that is the way i took it.) I certainly wasn't clicking on the thread expecting thread of the year. Just thought it was a strange thread for you to dig in on given your lack of participation in the forums. Not saying you are right or wrong, just saying.

Oh dear. My wife puts 80percent of the miles on the M3, just like she will on the M4 in two years time. I hope that's okay with the OP

Okay...going into hiding for awhile until I can post something of more value. Next time I'll think before I post so I won't have to be ashamed.

Jaypod understands the message of my post--it's tough to see a non-enthusiast driving such a spectacular performance car. If you just want to be flashy and show off, how about a Mercedes SL with 21" chrome wheels or an Aston convertible? Actually, I'm making unfair assumptions, because she might very well be a car enthusiast and a very capable driver, maybe better than 99% of us. But holding the top of the wheel underhanded kind of gave it away.

I'm just jealous. (Remember, I'm the same doofus who complained a while back about seeing a 17 year old driving an M3 while waving to his high school friend driving a Range Rover. I have issues. I'm working on it.)
