2011 M3 no NAV - how to stream bluetooth audio?

I've got a 2011 M3 that does not have nav. It does have ipod integration and bluetooth.

What are the various ways to stream bluetooth audio from an iphone? I got the Cerulian iSkin, but the audio quality is poor (lots of hissing on the highs, worse quality than an FM radio station) and the bluetooth connection isn't very stable.

Are there any other options for streaming audio? Better working bluetooth receivers than the iSkin, or other methods altogether?

A quick search would reveal: no nav, no Bluetooth audio streaming, just phone hands free.
