AngeliBright LEDs

Does anyone have them? I'm torn between them and Alpine HIDs. Seen the HIDs in person, but not the AiBs.

I have the AiBs but they are being shipped back from EAS. They should be here soon. I can let you know when I get them back on.

I can tell u from past experience with led halo's that during the day you wont be able to see them! They do look good at night though!

What Mus Mus said! I had LEDs and got rid of them for the Alpine's. They look amazing during the day and are bright enough at night that you don't even need your headlights on lol.

About time you stepped your game up.

Yeah, I hear you guys, but I think I prefer dealing with the limited visibility during the day with the LEDs instead of the blurriness on the inner halo with the HIDs. We'll see...

I do think I prefer the 8K over the 6K for the Alpines.

imho i would stay away from hid based systems. I had my own custom system based off of camaross' design and the hid system definitely generates a lot of heat. I've noticed yellowing of the rings just as others on this forum have. you might want to post in e90post cause more people might have them there

^ This is true but so far only the Camaross have had problems with yellowing. I'm not sure why b/c they both generate the same amount of heat, but not a single person with Alpine's has complained yet.

Absolutely. I never recieved my set and he send me a new one overnight and apologized multiple times (even though it wasn't his fault). He will go out of his way to help you with any problems.

I have the LUX's. They're brighter than the AiB's and haven't there been threads on reliability issues with the AiB's?

i've had both the aiB and camaross kit. in terms of ease of install and reliability... i would say aib 100%. i never tried alpine because of the horrible experience i've had with camaross set. and looking at the alpine kit looks to be nearly the same components. the install is almost exact.

I'll be home for the holidays probably from the night of 12/23/10 through 1/2/11. Feel free to shoot me a PM closer to the end of the year and we can definitely meet up since we're so close.

Awesome, are you around Saturday? If so, what would be a good time and place for you?

I believe the kit for the 335 and the M3 are the same, so seems easier to check out his car since he is closer than Arlington, but if you wanted to see what they look like my car just let me know.

I have the LUX's also. I had Camaross HID before and had horrible yellowing of my rings. So bad, I replaced both my headlights. Yes, the HIDs are brighter, but after going to LUXs almost too bright. I find the LUXs a good compromise. Daytime, they still look great also.
