1:17.0 at Roebling Road.. E92 M3..
weather was just perfect... and the car was running great.. I am very impressed with the speed of the car.. had 3 or 4 17.0's for the day....
Taping the front to create a little more downforce.. and it worked... Looks awesome - Are you running TR motorsports upfront and Enkei in the rear?
What gloves are those? I saw a similar one by BMW M? I'm assuming they are just regular driving gloves? How are the PSW's? Are the light shifts any useful? I can't seem to see them lighting up when you upshift. |

Porsche kill in the end was great, good driving style, suits the car and its inherent oversteer which I like. It's not docile and tame as some people would like to think
But I find most of the performance complaints come from people who don't put this car on track. Anything done to the brakes? For a racer I'm sure you beat them past their potential |

Yea.. I had a full set of the Enkei but they wouldn't fit over my front brakes... the wheel is lighting up good. but the vid just cant capture it. the Idrive is lit up too but u can barley see that also.. I dont even look at my tach anymore!..

So what wheels are you running in front (and size)
I was thinking of buying the TR MT1's instead of the CCW set I wanted but are you saying they won't clear the BBK? I know what you mean about the stock brakes, even with good pads and fluid I toasted the damn things. Not comfortable at all and I ended up inducing some rotor warp with all the heat as well. I drive the car pretty hard and pretty fast, just can't do without a good brake upgrade |

they are 18x10 with et25... and a 10mm spacer.... 265/35 tire.. the CCW should clear the BBK also... I actually tried to get a CCW set custom cut for me but it was difficult dealing with John.....

Sounds good, I'd rather go with the MT1 if it clears and 275 all around
I know what you are talking about with CCW. I wanted to get a different set, but they absolutely want to make you buy the C10 because they already made some in an M3 offset which sort of throws me off to the whole company I guess they don't want to do any one offs or custom fitments. I want these for track not street so I'm not interested in what they have in stock |

Yea i cross post in pics/vids but i like to post in here because the thread is more productive.. with real talk about how we can make the cars better for the road course.. not just "wow cool sweet" comments... u know what im saying? I would not do a square setup.. You can see the 285 is struggling with the power... a 275-35 would be about the same.. But you will gain more front grip.. and just be a oversteer machine...

Thanks for the info and vid. If you do not mind, would you recap the following Wheel brand and size Where to get them Tire size front/rear Suspension - stock or modified If modified, how. Any power steering fluid issue? Thanks I tracked my E92 this week at VIR - advance class - 4 sessions - stock out of the box everything. No issue, and the stock brakes held up well. No fade, but not sure how much pad I have left. vz

He mentioned his mods were these in other thread
KW V3 StopTech BBK Michelin Pilot Sport cup Dinan Muffler Schnell Filter I hear you. The threads in the general sections are more about pretty pictures than anything else. I thought I could run square, I ran it a bit this year and it felt pretty good, just went up in stiffness in the front suspension and some really aggressive camber to compensate, but you're totally right in running a staggered setup for the sweet spot on this car. What sizes are you running? 275/30 also rubs with 18x10 +25 so I'm not opposed to running a smaller tire in front |

Also, don't know if you've covered it yet, but do you have any spacers on the back with those 18x10s?
