Alright guys I was going to wait a few more weeks before putting the car out there, but I have decided that I am going to sell the M3. The car is in excellent conditon, has always been garaged, and has never seen an automatic car wash. It was purchased brand new June 2008 from BMW Bellevue (Seattle area) and had 5 miles on the odometer. The car had Ventureshield clear bra applied on bumper, headlights, and 1/2 way up food/fenders after delivery. It has a CLEAN carfax, no dings or dents, etc. Car runs great, has zero issues, and is a joy to drive whether commuting to work or carving up the back roads. Here is the info on the car:

2008 BMW e92 M3 coupe, Alpine white on black, brushed aluminum trim, CF roof

26,880 miles as of 01/21/11 (currently driving around 400-500 miles per month)

I have ALL service records. Car had 1200 mile service done right on the mark, I paid for a 7500 mile oil change, had oil changed again at 15k and 22k. Brake fluids flushed and changed at approx 17k.

I also installed the BMW alarm system and had it activated from the dealership in 2010. My wife and I moved from Seattle to Arizona in April 2010 so the car is here with me. It is all paid off with title in hand.

Continental DW tires, 255/35-19 F, 285/30-19 R (90% tread remaining)
Eibach springs, e36 M3 bumpstops
Dinan mufflers
APE drop-in filter (also have an AFE filter)
ZHP lighted shift knob and boot
Vorsteiner Type I CF diffuser (authentic)
Vorsteiner front CF splitter (replica)
CF kidney grills (also have brand new matte black ones)
Matte black M3 side gills
IND painted bumper reflectors
20% window tint
Hardwire for Valentine 1 (detector not included)

I also have all stock parts and wheels. I am going to try and sell the car as-is and if not able to sell then will look into parting out and selling the car stock. PLEASE do not pm me inquiring about parts; if and when the time comes I will post them for sale if I am unable to find an "as-is" buyer.

Washed the car today and put on a fresh coat of P21S wax prior to snapping pics posted above! Car had last full detail done in October 2010 and fresh coat of wax today. If interested please PM me.

Had a Porsche before this and wanting to get back into another P-car most likely. Also, my wife and I are wanting to have kids soon so I figure I better make my move prior to having our first newborn as after that I think it will be tougher to throw money at cars.

Also, for anyone interested all of the mods on the car were purchased new, with the newest being the BBS wheels (June 2010) and the Dinan mufflers (April 2010). Wheels only have around 3500 miles on them and are spotless, mufflers have around 6k miles on them.

Price lowered to a pretty firm $51k for everything (all mods and stock parts).

If you're serious about moving this car, price it at 45k and you'll sell it. No way you'll get over 50 for it. Just be realistic. 08's with that mileage go for low 40's now.

I am well aware how much 08's go for. The price I posted is with all mods with a fair aftermarket price. I am pretty confident that if someone wanted to buy my BBS wheels and Dinan mufflers they can be sold pretty easily for a fair price. Having said that I think I may as well just give up on trying to sell the car with the current since it appears no one cares to look at the mods, history, and condition of the car, and only at the year/mileage irregardless of anything else. Looks like the time has come earlier than I thought to just start parting it out so we can compare apples to apples.

Thanks for the kind words. This is the price it will remain at as Spring is around the corner, the market for sports car becomes stronger, and I can assure anyone interested that you will NOT find another e92 M3 in excellent condition with similar mileage offered at this price. I have been a member on m3forum, 6speedonline, bimmerforums, and m3post for quite some time (have around 8000 posts total between all of them) and have nothing to hide. This car has no drama, no issue, no stories, and I think is as good an example of an e92 M3 that one can find on the used market. Again, $45,900 pretty much stock and $51k with all mods and stock parts.
