Question on spacer fittings ?

I recently installed spacers on the car 15mm front and 10mm rear and after that installation I felt as though the car required more effort in taking turns. It doesn't feel as crisp in those turns when compared to stock. Now since the rear tires are wider, wouldn't it make sense to keep that ratio and have wider spacers in the rear and smaller ones in the front so that you dont have more of a wider stance in the front than OEM. I will experiment by swapping the spacers and then go for a drive.
Or do you think I should go wider in the rears like 12mm ?

Oh darn. I'm doin' plenty of research on getting spacers/springs for my future e90 M3, and your situation just made me a whole lot nervous about getting spacers. I'm planning on going 15mm all around though. I hope I'll be ok.

15mm spacers in the rear of an e90 won't clear with stock tires. Can't say for an e92 or e93. My e90 with 10mm spacers in the rear just kisses the tire now and then.

18F/15R MS spacers and H&R sport springs won't work on an E90 M3? That info seems contrary to other posts on this forum.

Just reporting my experience.
I run the 18s with 265/40s and 10mm spacers in the rear.
I had the car loaded for a track weekend and noted a tiny amount of rubbing when I got to the track. None while at the track, so it was definitely load related.
