Just throwing this up here for my Canadian buddies! OVER $ 15,000 in service receipts in last year. Adult Owned, garage kept, waxed weekly. Many BMW enthusiasts believe that this model - the E39 built between 1997 and 2003 - is the best car BMW ever built. Independent reviewers think so too; in 2002 Consumer Reports declared the E39 to be the best sedan it had ever reviewed. This 2002 540i is the top of the line (other than the M5) and is one of the few available E39s with BOTH a V8 AND a 6 Speed Manual Transmission.
