The car is not loud under 3-4rpm for regular driving. It only gets loud up top. The S5's cabin is amazingly insulated, i can barely hear the exhaust with the windows all closed.

Yea that dark colored S5 lives near me i believe. Its dark blue with tinted tail lights? Its a jerry rigged exhaust he has on it, sounds nothing like mine in person. I can't tell you how many complements i get on my car, either at the gas station, hand wash, or just cruising. I guess it comes down to if you want AWD or RWD. If its going to be your DD throughout winter and snowy/rainy days, i'd go for the S5.

your car is a BEAST bro !! i am still gonna stay a die hard M3 fan though i will not buy any other car other than e46 m3 when i will have money, if i won't have money then i ll just cruise in a car that is affordable for my age ! after all this years i would still take a modded 05 m3 over 2009 m3. some people might say i am crazy, but thats because i am

I really wanted a Laguna seca M3, but people are being ridiculous overpricing them by 5k just because its a rare color. No one in their right mind should pay a 5k premium just for a color, its not even metallic. Paying 5k for an E46 Factory Estoroil M3, now that i can understand.

hahah i saw one near my school like 2 months ago and that thing was SUPER slammed and tuned unbelievably. i gave him thumbs up and he was like 23-25. his car is like my DREAM car, it had vorsteiner covered EVERYWERE , trunk, hood, bumper/lip and all that, as far as i could tell he had either borla or eisenmann race exhaust on. i could never forget how i looked at that car, and after few minutes i got depressed because i wasn't driving it but i relized that it was another bmw enthusiast and got over it real fast, i thought to myself "maybe that guy was dreaming about 1999 m3's the way i do now and now he owns one, one day i will own one too "

here is a link to one despite 95k miles i would still buy it
