Actually, it is a chem/bio mask for use when using a jet fighter mask.

wow that looks badass... except i woudlnt know what to do with it if i got it. its an awesome piece though... perfect for the man cave!

Thanks man. When I originally bought it I used it as part of a Halloween costume. I went as a fighter pilot. I also purchased a full fighter flight suit and rented the harness(no idea what it's really called) that straps you to the ejector seat. Pretty sweet costume. I pretty much just let the mask hang from my neck at about chest height. I still have suit & dog tags to go with the mask if you need a costume. You can have em free if you take the mask. I considered not selling the mask because I think it's cool but I sadly I don't have a man cave or anywhete else to display it in
