I don't see why it wouldn't, being likely the only V8 M3 ever if one is kept in excellent condition and maintained with very low miles I could see it fetching some serious coin in the not too distant future.

I have no idea what any model will be worth in 2020 or any other year. However, I do know 2020 will be here very soon and with smaller and smaller engines with more and more batteries and multiple turdbros being the power source of the newer, faster models, I will have to keep a part of the golden age of engine building around as a reminder of the very best of M Division times. ymmv
P.S. Every once and a while (years from now), I may list it on eBay or some other site with some enormous reserve (e.g. $479k) and a "more than you can afford pal" comment...just for shits and giggles.
