Fairly quiet when not on the throttle hard, but once you get past 4500 it really starts to open up and sound amazing. 8 grand is a symphony. ;-)
I would be interested to see or hear a video/in person.

Alright, I want an exhaust meetup. Who's in? I'm free the 23rd, 30th, or just about any night after work. Suggestions on location? UW north stadium parking lot could work.

I'll be in. Couldn't take how quiet OEM was and ended up with a Dinan exhaust(in route) paired with my MS test pipes.

I thought you got rid of the Megan for noise, is the Dinan really much quieter?

BTW, I'm having a hell of a time getting the tips straight on the Megan exhaust, what did your shop have to do to get it straight on your car?

The dinan doesn't have as much low frequency resonance in the lower rpms as does the megan which helps.

With everything loose attached held up with jacks and Jack stands I would make sure the tips are oriented correctly and clamp the exhaust to the xpipe first. Then clamp the rear exhaust mounts working forward. See if that works

dont get the 550. not worth it, just drop a little bit more and get at least 100 hp more. @duyh is having something much crazier installed, ask him for a ridealong when he gets it back. but if you are pretty set on a 550, contact carrozzeria, they have a 550 in their shop car. but i heard that car is out of commission right now.

a supercharger kit without an intercooler is useless. at least get the vt2. i mean you could always buy the 550 and upgrade to the vt2 once you get bored of it.
