reading sidewall arrows?

i have ad08s and my instructor was saying something about looking at the sidewall arrows on the tire right along the edge of the tread wear to indicate if your tire pressure is good. can someone elaborate on how i am supposed to read these to know im running the right pressure. i think i have it dialed in with a hot temp of 40 both front and rear but want to know more what these arrows tell me. thanks

on the AD08 there are tiny triangles right at the edge of where the tread meets and the sidewall starts. You can see very slightly how far its worn or if there is scrubbing on the triangle to see if you need to add or drop pressure to maintain the proper amount of sidewall flex.

I am guessing that is what you instructor meant.

If you're low on pressure, then you'll see the wear on the surface with triangles.

If you see the wear on the surface that is further away from the triangles, then you know the pressure is too high.

i tried chalking my tires last time out on ps2s as im worn over the sides from too low of pressure at some point and no indicators left.
