Does CNN really have nothing else to report on? Isn't it blatantly obvious that one of the things we probably agree on in the iOS agreement is that they can track us with the GPS's in the device?

Well, isn't this how the Find My iPhone app essentially supposed to work? They introduced that feature in iOS 4.2. Now whether they should store it in backups or just use the iPhone as a GPS beacon is debatable.

Yelp, FB, twitter..anything that has a 'check in' type feature/locator makes it very easy for anyone to track you.

Sorry but back in my High School, there was not a single fight so I can't relate to the "I'll meet you after school behind the science building"
