Funny before I got my M3, I rarely saw one driving around.. Now it seems I see them everywhere!!

What part of town do you line in/frequent? Sightings are not common (like in California!) but there are several I see on a regular basis...

I'm curious where did and how did you guys get your M3? I'm in the Baton Rouge area and went to Brian Harris but they didn't have any. Do I have to special order it from them? I haven't spoken to anyone yet cause I went on a weekend just to see if they have any. Any information would help me out alot!

Went to Peake in New Orleans. In fact I was there a couple of weeks ago and they have a blue (didn't note which one!) coupe on the floor, so if you want to take the drive down here...

As I approached the end of my lease on my '08 550 I went to Peake pondering the F10 550 though I wasn't a fan. They had a white M3 coupe in stock and I took it out for a test drive and loved it. Did several test drives and ultimately ordered my sedan.

And if you want to order, you can use Brian Harris, Peake or check out members GOLFFRR or Eurocarsfan (?, David). They can give you a great deal and they will arrange the delivery either at the Performance Center or to your dealer...

Thanks for the info! I may check out Brian Harris first since I'm also looking to trade in my current vehicle. If all else fails I will definitely try to contact those member for more detail for doing an out of state purchase.

Agreed, see what kind of deal you can negotiate. I stayed local because the deal I got was a good one. While not as good as those others have gotten online, the relationship with my dealer is a very good one and I am convinced it is an important factor in the very solid service I receive.

I wouldn't use Brian Harris. I leased my wife's car through them and they didn't do much on price. I bought my M3 in Houston and BMW Houston North and drove it back (when I lived in BR). After reading this forum, I'd go the Eurocarsonline.com or Golfrr route. I think you'll save quite a bit of money.
