Part# needed

I'm in need of a drivers side seat belt handover "arm". The only piece I need is the part that is being replaced in the below video. If anyone could provide me with the appropriate number it would be greatly appreciated. It appears that non-M 3 series pieces have a chrome finish where as the M3 has a brushed aluminum finish. Just want to be 100% certain.

According that what you provided it looks like I only need part #16 however it's only available with part #14 which looks like the entire mechanism.

Looks like BMW of South Atlanta sell this piece separately. Can you please confirm if this is the correct piece:
