If I were the M3 driver, I would have burned the Porsche to the ground after that. It was clearly the Porsche driver's fault, though I can only feel so sorry for either of them for driving like that on a public road.

You can see that the M3 took significant damage on the driver's side after the initial impact we see (porsche clips it on passenger's side). Probably hitting that pole or a barrier or something. I imagine that impact is what caused it to burn.

I'm guessing both cars are on deceleration. Both drivers at fault. One's a cock for racing and wanting to make a U-Turn (left) when the M3 is on the left, the M3 is a cock for racing on public road. 2 cocks don't make a baby. Chances are that both drivers will pay off govt. officials and everything swept under the carpet.

I can see an autotrader add: F/S E92 M3 with a slight accident. Delete. Door been replaced, and just serviced the car with a new Engine replaced by a factory warranty. |

seems like the m3 was losing control as he was approaching the intersection... must have lost grip and was trying to pass to avoid hitting the 911... it looks like they were on the same line going into that intersection. i think the porsche was originally on the right lane but overtook the m3's lane as his intention was really to make that turn.

Appears to be the Porsche's fault but sometimes you just never know. Anyway, very tragic for both drivers.

I don't see why anyone is blaming the M3, sure he is speeding, but look at the 911's U turn!!!....tragic accident. I don't think they were racing, because that would mean they are inbred. Come on, M3 vs 911 TT ? Still the 911 driver must have twins as parents; pullin of a U Turn like that? Glad they are okay though.
P.S: How did that M burn so easily?
