sony ericsson s500i questions

im thinking about getting this phone, does anyone have one?
i would love to hear the highlights of it and its shortcomings, the main reason i want this phone is for the walkman 2 feature. i dont want to carry my ipod and phone, but i dont want an iphone. any imput is appreciated

theres are few more new sony ericssons that are better than this phone. i understand that you want the walkman feature pare hah sorry had to throw that in - but it's kind of getting out dated. have you looked at the w910?

i just bought my mom this phone. ive been playing with it, its good. but its not a walkman. i suggest getting the W960i, its the iphone killer and a fantastic phone. im picking up mine in a week. but u dont want the s500i... its not good without the walkman feature

I've had K750i and currently K790i I like them... This phone looks good but it is up to u. Go and check it out, you should like it.

Jh valley, trust me. im the biggest sony ericsson fanboy there is. i know what im telling you, get the walkman version to this phone, other wise, you will be angry that its just an ordinary phone. if my W880 wasnt a walkman, i would have no use for it.

well buddy, take it slow. Sony Ericsson's Unofficial Fanboy will help you. i think what you want is the W580. its the same as the S500, but with the walkman feature, and yes, the lights can be made green in the W580 in the settings too. so hey! you get what you want!



But on a personal note, i suggest the W960i. im getting one, and it is the superior version to this phone. its SE's new flagship walkman as its the anniversery of the walkman line. check this shit out:

its been out in europe for about 3 weeks now, and will be out in america within the next 2 weeks (1week hopefully). why must time pass by so slowly?
