Why not? We have a lot of average speed, congested roadworks - it's ideal!

I was testing it out by setting the cruise, let it get as close to the car in front of me as possible but then I had to slam on the brakes because the car didn't show any signs of slowing down LOL.

I wouldn't trust letting the car go into auto-pilot. I just wanted to try it out to see if it works

It does take a bit of getting used to - once you're over that, it's pretty good

I think there is something that shows up in the dash for cars that have it. if you look at the display close enough you can see the outline of a car an lines. I think that is what that is for. Don't know for sure though.

I don't use the cruise much, so doubt I would use that.

I hear that Toyota's have it as a no cost option but the self braking part does not work very well

I think it's more of a Hijack Cruise feature. A real life video game - dodge the cars!

You guys are hilarious!

I'm picturing someone setting their cruise at 140kmph, on the highway, putting their feet up on the dash, laying back and "seeing what happens"....

If things don't go well, just tell your insurance company you had a OEM toyota throttle installed in your car

Yeah it was raining, raining and more raining. We took the kid there just for the indoor water park so it wasn't too bad.
