Test car is our own.
Kit has been on the car in various formats for almost one year. Like all precision made equipment - if I works properly on one, it will work the same on others.

Don't worry .... Introductory prices will apply.

Already talking to VS Motorsport to do the installs in their area.

There are some those who have wanted a kit like this for a long time and have been very enthusiastically keeping in touch with us.
2 kits out of the first batch going to some hard drivers in Taiwan and then some converters from other kits too.

I suspect quite a few reviews will be coming in the following months.

Not so easy.
The S85 is even more sensitive to air temperature. Will only do it if we can work out a way to go air to air intercooler.
Most likely we will need the same core design as we have used on the M3.
Studying how it can be done on our v10 at the moment.
The bracket, belt drive and plenum are quite straight forward to do. Rotrex might not work here because of it's depth. We shall see.

You will love the headers :-)

Not trying to start anything, but do you plan on using the stock elbows to run to the intercooler? (The yellow parts in the diagram)

They seem like they would be very susceptible to boost leaks?
Just wondering.

Thanks!

No at all.

There will be no boost leaks.

We are not using the stock parts, they are aluminium.

Some quick pictures as promised. These are not professional images. Just quickly taken outside of the car how it is. No cleaning of the engine bay. We use this car daily.

The finish is anodised silver on this one. Xylon coated in black comes at no extra charge.

Looks great Sal!

That bracket looks amazing up close. I definitely imagine belt slip to be non-existent!

The anodized finish of the intake manifold looks so raw!

I love it man. Keep up the great work.

Oh, and the blue Rotrex oil reservoir cap will come painted black!

Xylon coating - doing a plenum now so will post some nice images of that when it arrives.

Two people have experienced the kit so far. One of them is a member here and will chime in later. He just left.

Have a nice weekend guys.

Do you guys give military discounts? I know you are in UK and all but we work with British soldiers often. In fact, our exchange soldier just left the Brigade. . Great job, can't wait to see the final product.

Get on the first few kits and you won't need a discount.

That is the final kit.

Only thing that will change is the material of the intake pipe, material of the boost pipes through front panel.

Production has started and the first few kits are all going to the far east and in the UK.

Will the intercooler still fit if you have a larger aftermarket oil cooler like the M24 Motorsports cooler?
