Nothing will help longevity since you are now using a lowering setup. Everyday driving is subjective. Just go with what you like best.

isn't the whole point of the sleeve kit is to retain the OEM EDC settings? So essentially, you change the EDC mode as you see fitting....

i still use the comfort setting setting for every day driving and normal for having fun.

Normal works, but comfort it best on local roads.
Give it 20k miles, those EDC struts should start to get a tad mushy and darty. No magic solution to keep those EDC struts good for the long term.

I use all settings with the GC spring kit. They're all different. When my car starts, it goes to comfort. Sometimes the highway has more undulations and the shocks can't keep up, I switch it to normal.
I think the stock springs left the ride floaty in comfort mode...with stiffer springs it's not floaty, it's bouncy.
