I hope the new "gearshift management software, with new features designed to increase driving enjoyment" makes the damn thing more driveable. A really toady transmission as it is now. I guess M at least admits the current one is not very "enjoyable."

Maserati designs have always been tame. It's intentional.

They weren't taken in any city. It's all CGI. But it's supposed to be NYC. That's the Brooklyn Bridge.

Brass air fittings

Now that is a lot of brass air fittings http://www.liangdianup.com/subpages/airfitting_1.htm there is just about every type
of air fitting that you could want. Wholesale prices too. I guess these could be used as small water pipe fitting also. I
used some of the parts to make my babington wvo burner.

You really think this looks generic in person?? The E92 is generic (I think my E92 M3 is generic) but this has to be one of the best looking cars of the last 10 years IMO. I have seen it in about 6 different colors and I think it is the best looking car on the road.

In terms of exotics, I just think it's generic. there's no defining feature save for the awkward grille. I dunno, it could just be me.

I can nitpick so many small things about that car. I don't like how thick the lips on the wheel arches are. I don't like the taillights (too chunky, bland detailing). I don't like the lack of a character line. I don't like the grille (probably my least favorite sports car grille, but I really just don't like Maser grilles in general). I has good proportions, but then again, what supercar doesn't?

And yes, the e92 is definitely generic. All sports exec coupes/sedans seem to be. The e92 is comparable to the Maser in this sense. It follows tried-and-true formulas, i.e a simple, sharp character line, a long hood with a short rear deck, a sweeping roofline, generic, sharp headlights, a basic, aggressive front bumper design, and a conservative rear.

+1 on the lip around wheel arches
+1 on the grille too. Something doesnt look right about the front end, I cant be assed explaining it lol.
+1 on the rear lights.

I have to admit the car looks a lot better in real-life though. Maserati had a great idea for the car and I bet the sketches looked great. Execution could have been a little better though.
