interesting you did 15 front 12 rear, i was thinking of the opposite, 15 rear and 12 in front. Any reason you chose to not do as much in the rear?
I figured too much in the front might throw a lot of road up to the side mirrors. |

The front fender on these cars are so wide you can run a more aggressive up front than the rear. You can see the front and rears are both flush with the fender.

Thanks guys. I love it.
The popular set-up seems to be a 15 front and 10 rear, but I wanted a bit more in the rear. I think the 12 out back is perfect. Some have run 15 on all corners, but I think that's a bit too much bulge for the rear. But everyone likes something different, so its all good.

That's an interesting thing. Temperamental too. I've had just a bit right at 80mph, as many others have, but its very inconsistent. I also agree with others that it accentuates any existing mis-balancing in tires. My rears are warn to near replacing, so I'm determined to examine this a bit closer when I get new tires soon and I can verify proper balancing. Again, its inconsistent with any road condition, temperature and time driving the car.

it looks great ...
how do you guys take them off ... I had 10mm on the back and it was a hell to take them off ... It took me like 1.5 to take the rear spacers off ... broke two screw drivers and it was just a PITA ... Are there any tricks ? |

Awesome pictures - thanks for taking the time to post before/after shots.
As long as the hub surface is clean, you shouldn't have any problems with removal if needed.

You must use anti-seize compound on the hubs/spacers before installation or you will go thru that calvary each and every time of taking them off...

would be nice to put anti seize only between the wheel and the spacer
not between the spacer and the hub that way whenever you are changing tire etc you don't have to worry about the spacer falling off? |

All the spacers that I have bough so far (H&R, Turner and Velocity Motorcars) fit tight enough over the hub as to stay put while changing tires. The Velocity Motorcars spacers in particular are screwed first into the brake disc, so they do not move at all once installed. |

that's what was worrying me about using spacers just the hassle of having them fall of when i remove a wheel and that some idiot mechanic would forget to remount them when i switched from summer to winter wheels etc never used spacers before so have no idea how easy it is for them to fall off |

Most probably the hub was already lightly corroded as spacers can be rotated in a clean hub with grease/anti-seize applied once installed.
