As of 7pm yesterday, rocks in the road are my sworn enemies!

This means war! How much do I hate the city of Milwaukee right now?! I'm driving down the road and all of a sudden there's a flippin' boulder in the road! I see it but do not have time to avoid it without causing an accident. So I drive over it hoping it's small enough for me to pass over.......no dice. I at least cleared it with the front lip but the rock hit the little plastic piece behind it. That must have kicked it up and busted the oil pan. When I stopped the car and got out it was gushing oil! I only have 1800 miles on this car!

Same thing happen to me when I first got my M5... That's gonna cost you $2600.

What size rear tires are you running?

I wonder how much of the cost is labor, $2200 for an oil pan is stupid. Would you be able to change it yourself? It's a meesy job but not really that hard.

Angry Mother of Mercy ...... Dear god no ..... This really sucks A$$

Oh my god, guy this has to really suck. I am very sorry for you this has to hurt . I know the feeling when there is stuff in the road you can't avoid or clear in my case took out the front lip spoiler and did a little body damage under the car.. I hope your M3 get fixed soon I was a little worried when I seen your car on the wrecker if it cleared everything ok. I know my car would have never cleared that wrecker it sits to low with the front lip. I hope you get your M3 fixed right away and soon.
