I guarantee that those silver speakers are not the ones for your car. If you pull them out, they say "L7" on the back side. The dealer got you the wrong part for the speakers. Someone fat fingered the order or the wrong part arrived. Individual Audio aka EPS speakers have always been YELLOW. Never silver. The AMP might be the correct part. Take a picture of that and someone on the forum can tell you for sure. Last edited by Z K; 02-14-2013 at 04:16 PM.. |

I had some of my speakers replaced under warranty and could swear they were different colors but always figured it was the lighting and never took a closer look. Now my car is out of warranty. If I go home and find that they gave me logic 7 speakers instead of EPS I should have I am going to have a bone to pick with the dealership.

I would be pretty livid. pay for enhanced premium sound. pay for a fully warrantied car - and then have my premium speakers replaced with standard speakers. the fact that the speakers are so obviously differently colored makes it even worse. the
techs must have recognized the difference and just hoped you wouldn't notice. I would triple check the new amp they gave you
