Cigaret lighter socket doesn't work, fuse blown up?

Hello,

I have tapped my Performance wheel wires into cigarette lighter power lines couple months ago,
and it worked without any problems until today.
But suddenly, PSW doesn't boot up and my lighter won't get hot anymore,
I can still see the orange led light from cigarette lighter socket, but just doesn't hit up my lighter,

So I was just wondering if there is any fuse that I need to check?

Edit : #8 was cigarette lighter fuse, replaced new one, and works again
