1,200 miles service reimbursment when done during ED
If you did your 1,200 miles service in Europe during ED and were charged for it, after you return to the US to which address should you send the receipts for reimbursement ?

You do have to pay out of your own pocket. If I remember correctly it was 360 euro for a DCT car. Before European delivery I talked to my service manager and let him know what I was trying to do. He took care of the reimbursement and paperwork for me. I believe I received $200 us.

Only $360 Euro? Wow.
So I just went through the process for a 6MT and it was over $600 Euro (maybe because it was Monaco). I submitted the receipts to my CA and he logged in the system and sent up to BMW NA. I just received a check for $900 and change from BMWNA this week. It took about 3 weeks total to get reimbursed once I sent the receipts in.
