Thanks. I drove the C63 sedan tonight and was pretty impressed, we'll see how the other test drives go. I have a feeling I'll be back into an F80 M3 before too long either way.

C63 is a nice car but lacks the balance of an M3. For me it wouldn't be a valid substitute, although the torque is nice.

From the pics it doesn't look like a total loss, but great they are paying you the cars value.. So time to get another one

PS: see the recent video of the m3 vs c63 vs IsF on the track. Power is nothing without control

Yeah sorry about your misfortune. On the 8th of this month someone hit my baby. It didn't total in my case though and am still waiting on my car. Best of luck man. That sucks for sure.

I hear you, its wouldn't really be a substitute for the M3 as that would be near impossible... moreso looking for something different for a while pending the F80 M3. I don't really track my car so as a daily driver the C63 may work for me... in my test yesterday I found it drove very well (relatively comparable to the M3 in street/highway driving) but the huge power/torque certainly is nice to have too.

Shit like this makes me cringe because the original M3 is gone forever, and the thought of a total loss has increased my "defensive driver" instincts despite the M3 beckoning me to stop being such a pussy and drive!
