Either the valve stem is leaking or the wheel is the issue (crack or bead is not seating).

Don't bother with nitrogen. Air is mostly nitrogen.

lol as a medical student I probably should have realized air is mostly nitrogen anyway. I cant have the dealer check out the car this week or next because I need it but I will update the thread once it is taken care of. Thanks everyone!

Something similar happened to me; it ended up being the valve stem.

Check for bent wheel. Also put in air while tire is cold in case youre not.
