Just hit 41,000. Few Questions

Hey guys my car is nearing inspection again at 41,000. I am sort of confused on what service should be done? I am the second owner of this vehicle, and i did manage to get service history. So i understand spark plugs must be replaced as it is passed 37k. It had the brake fluid change at 13k, and standard oil change(mp) at 13k and 27k. So will it receive diff fluid and tranny fluid flush this next service, or what will i need to show my SA that it must have those two services (tranny/diff) completed, because im sure he will push for just a oil change or some bs. One last quick question i have is at what rate does cbs work at, my car has been stuck on 1300 till service for about 250 miles now. Any help much appreciated
