Cyba care to chime in regarding fitment since you tried it own your own. Thanks again for the grills
Yes they fit just fine I just installed them and took a pic for you to see. The CF surrounds will have a layer of paint on the clips so if your having a hard time getting the clips to pop in the tabs just use a exacto knife and trim the clips about 0.3mm. Sand paper should do the trick as well. BTW when you remove the clips be very careful and make sure to pull up enough for the clips to slide out...any higher and they will snap off. I manage to break the OEM clips as well they arent that strong either.

Thanks again, in addition I sprayed some WD40 to help the clips slideout. I was able to separate the grill without snapping any of the clips

Here they are, 1x1 CF weave from cyba fitment is OEM perfect.

The CF really shows up under direct sunlight, in lowlight it has a sleek glossy black look.

I remember when my brother got his X5 diesel sport. It came with black kidney grilles as std , he saw that the higher end models came with silver grills & immediately had his replaced and they looked soooooooooooo much better. My choice esp with AW or for any color for that matter, stick with the std silver they look much much better.

I asked this in a PM (already deleted it) but I don't remember what your response was...on your exterior cf parts, are they all clearcoated or just gelcoated? Thx!
