Hey guys, I've been over this several times with a couple aftermarket companies. The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act of the 70's says that if a company denies a warranty claim due to an aftermarket part being installed, they must prove that the aftermarket part caused the problem. The chances of a cooler running free flow exhaust causing a running problem, especially if it's only a cat back and has nothing at all to do with the cat's, is remote at best. So I've been told that if dealer brings that up, put that M/M Warranty Act info' in their face, and listen to them shut up...

Hard to tell. The instructor does say the car is "bone stock" near the beginning of the video, so maybe not. BMW created some marketing videos of the exhaust back in December -- I don't know why those haven't surfaced yet.

yea i have my guys looking ever week still nothing

. Wonder if they have something else in mind and this was something for another market besides US. I guess we will just have to see
