305 tire on 11.5" rim
Will a 305/25/20 tire work on an 11.5" rim. I'm currently. running a 325, but want to go down a couple notches to reduce the rear patch a bit.

What tires are you running - 11.5" rim is the max spec on a PS2 for that tire size for example. Depends on how stretched you want the tires to be though.

I was running a Pirelli Pzero Nero, was thinking about going into a Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110. How do you tell what the max is?

Check the website - generally they will indicate what the the range for fitment. I just looked for you: 305/25ZR20 XL 97 Y 10.5-11.5 (width range) Your good - but your on the max side - so might be a little stretched. |

Did you change camber? Hows the rubbing? What offsets? I am interested in 295s but this info may help.
Thanks |

Sammy, maybe we can ask vendors to start a group buy on some 18x11.5's for those (sc'd people) that are interested!

Sorry guys, I didn't realize there were a bunch of posts. Under most driving conditions I DO NOT rub, just occasionally over huge bumps. The inner part of the tire rubs on the liner, which is no biggie. My understanding the is that not all 325's will work. Pirelli's 325 has pretty rolled edges which help it clear. It does look bad ass, but with a non-supercharged car, not sure its necessary.

You can use the Toyo T1-R 315/25/20 on an 11 or 11.5 rear, along with the 255/30/20 front...thats what we run on our car all the time....and its wide enough but doesn't rub with the right offset
