Wheels are coming off of an E90 M3. They have 2000 miles on them and still in perfect condition. I am selling them because, well, I don't need them. The going rate is around $1600.00 plus shipping but I will entertain other offers. No low balls please...I am entertaining serious offers only and I will make sure these go quick and to a good buyer. The wheels include TPMS and tires.

are the stock 18's more desireable for track use? Am looking for a set of rims for strickly track days depending on how much i enjoy my first track day may 11th. would want to powdercoat black though.

I would think so with the higher sidewall, lighter rims, etc...usually is the case. I have not done a study on these wheels compared to the 19" but I would think they are very suitable for track.

Let me know if you are interested in them at all.

the 18s are heavier than the 19s I believe.

I think the rims themselves might be lighter, but with tires, you are right, the 18's are heavier. Since we don't drive around on rims....

Thanks for the posts guys but I still think the wheels would be suitable for tracking and if you got a different tire eventually could be lighter. Either way the wheels are in perfect condition and ready for sale.

I'll post pics of each tire/wheel by this weekend.

I was by no means saying they wouldn't work for track use, I was just chiming in on the weight difference with the 18 vs 19's. This topic has been discussed in other threads. BTW, decent price on the wheels/tires....free bump!

The wheels have a little over 2K miles on them and are currently super clean (I was at a meet yesterday) with a light sheen...they are in perfect condition.
