Offering To Build Free Website For One Person***

As the title says, I am offering my services to create a website for FREE.
I am not a web designer. I can take a picture or an existing site and create the same thing or something close to it.
An eligble individual needs to have relevant media and be a straight shooter.
This means I need images, banners, etc and I want someone that know exactly what he wants.
Also, I am not hosting the site for you unless you want to pay a fee.

So what are you getting?
Someone that will take your ideas/pictures and make it reality.
At the moment, I have no desire to do an e-commerce site as I do not wish to build a transaction system.

What do I get?
I am trying to build an online portfolio for both side money and for reference for future jobs
If all goes well, then hopefully, whoever I do the site for will be a point of reference for other work I may do or would refer me to someone else that would be willing to pay

BS in Computer Science
Graduated from UMBC in May 2007
I work as a developer
Proficient in many web languages including, but not limited to, php, javascript/ajax, flash/flex, and jsp.
