Powdercoating stock wheels. How about hub side???

Hey gang, just wondering if the surface facing the hub should be powdercoated too, or left alone. And why (balancing issues, etc).

I prefer to PC the whole wheel, since it'd be less likely to flake off in the future, but I can see how it could affect balancing.

Finally, does anybody know what PC shops should use to mask that area? It needs to be PERFECT, since anything less than the edge would be noticeable when mounted, and anything more would break the finish when wheel is tightened against hub. Yeah, I know shop should know how to do it, but I just want to know from an independent source.

Oh, and that area shouldn't get sand-blasted at all, correct? Thanks gang.
