Fuel pump malfunction message

Getting the fuel pump malfunction message in my E93 M3. I have replaced the fuel sensor. Codes 2786 and 2788, and reduced power to 7k redline. Engine runs strong.

Car has an ESS supercharger and larger injectors, and of course a tune. Never any trouble before being stored for the winter. New conveyor pump last season.

What might this be?

Does this happen under load in high gears? Then go away after turning off an on?

Yes. It doesn't happen until the oil is warm enough for me to get on it a bit. Usually around 3100 rpm.

I was just about to update this thread because it looks like it's a known issue with the fuel pump control module (EKP) on these cars:

I've ordered a replacement.
