Anyone had warranty (factory or third party) denied due to DCT tune?

Hi all, on the fence of getting the tune from one of the vendors here but would like to know if anyone had issues when going in for repair, either factory warranty or third party? I have Fidelity.

When you flash your dtc, the warranty expire, but is possible again flash the stock software if you have any problem

I would expect them to simply not cover any issues related to the DCT.
