1200 Mile Service Gone -Right at BMW Seattle
With all the threads I've been reading in here I was somewhat worried about my 1200 mile service. So here it goes:
-Around 1150 miles car started indicating that it was due for service. I called and made an appointment w/ BMW Seattle. -At 1210 miles I was at the dealership dropping the car off while confirming that they will be changing transmission oil as well as the rear differential oil - Check -I asked for a 335D as a loaner - Check.... a new one w/ 800 miles on the clock (love the 335D) -Did not have time to go pick up the M when it was ready..... so I kept the loaner over night w/ no hassle from my dealership - Check -I asked them not to wash the M.... There were 3 big signs on the car that said No Wash - Check! -Full service was completed as indicated and everything checked out w/ my car. -Check... -My car was refilled with all the correct oils and additives and she drives perfectly...... As always thanks to my Service Advisor Denise and BMW Seattle for great service.... With all the negative stories on 1200 mile services lately, I figured it would be nice to post a positive experience. +1 BMW Seattle Service Department! Pics of the 2011 335D Loaner

I'm glad to hear someone had a great experience with their dealership. I have been dealing with Bellevue to replace my window trim because of fading for the last 2 months. I finally get to drop off my car today and pick up a loaner. For their screw up and lack of communication, my SA offered me a free detail. After this, I'm taking my car to Seattle for servicing.

The folks at BMW Seattle know their stuff and actually work hard to provide a no hassle experience. Bellevue was always hit or miss... I'm glad I made the switch.
