I just purchased a set of BBS E88's they are:

FRONT 19X9.5 ET19
REAR 19X10.5 ET19

My tire's are

FRONT 245/35/19
REAR 265/35/19

will I have any rubbing issues with this setup?

You shouldn't have any rubbing problems with those tire sizes. The tires will be stretched on those rims.

I think the wheels are great. Be prepared to add moderate negative camber to achieve proper fitment. My thoughts on the offsets:

Front et19 - I would recommend 275/30/19, 265/30/19 or 255/35/19. The offset is relatively aggressive so depending on your suspension, ride height, and camber the prior listed tire sizes will work. I have run 275's in the front on anything between et22 and et15 with 9.5" wheels. It requires negative camber and may result in slight rubbing at full lock and/or the upper fender/bumper connection. 265's have a lower sidewall height but they will be easier to fit. 255's will be stretched but they will work. 255's will probably rub at full lock (not a big deal).

Rear et19 - I recommend 285/30/19 or 275/35/19. Unfortunately 295/30/19 will rub even with negative camber (depending on the tire brand/shape you may be able to make the rubbing minimal). 285/30's and 275/35's should work but you may need some negative camber.

I would check the tire manufacturer's suggested wheel width range for your tires. Your wheel widths should fit within the range. Many people install tires on wheels outside of the recommended range. My preference is to stay within it.
