Welp apparently the EPA/CARB Fairy hasn't blessed the '13 M3s yet.

Just heard from my rep that we're stuck in VDC until the Performance Center gets clearance from the Government... my ship hasn't landed yet but is supposed to be in NY tomorrow morning. Great.

I did see that the EPA has/had signed off on the '13s. Any idea how long it takes for CARB release?

I'm in the same boat (literally).

I checked the CARB clearances. Last activity on any 2013 BMW model was last week, but no M3 clearance yet.

Last year, it took until early November before the M3 got CARB clearance. I have made inquiries to try and find out if we're looking at similar timing this year. If I get a response, I'll post.
