New Awron DGA Gauge

Just saw this was available and figured I would get everyone's thoughts on it. I plan on installing a ESS 625 kit on my e92 end of the year and this would be the perfect answer to all my gauge needs. This looks impressive and pricey. Is it worth it and are they "true" readings?

It's simply the best gauge on the marketplace today. Here's images from another install this week we'll go more in depth about next week.

All control is performed via the steering wheel buttons.

We manufacture a replacement intake runner that makes installation a breeze on the ESS systems, let me know if you have any specific questions and I will be happy to assist.

Do you know if the IAT before/after intercooler would work with the Harrop setup? I was super excited about these gauges when Eric showed me a month or so ago!

Can it be installed down in the tray so you don't lose a vent?

I'll have to look at the runners to see, I'm sure we can come up with a solution.

The Awron gauge already comes preassembled in a replacement vent housing - essentially plug and play. It's not obtrusive at all, and the M3 stays plenty cool inside.

Its awesome, the OLED display (think iPhone) is crystal clear. Another good note to mention, there is an integrated USB port for upgrades and/or configuration changes if ever needed.

Cool but very pricey. A stock android phone with a $25 dongle and a $5 program can do the same.

That looks very cool. I still hoping someone can develop a software or some hardware integration where these info can just be displayed on the Nav screen for some of us that has the Nav/iDrive. The ECU probably already monitor these data. I like the idea of completely stealth and not having separate gauges, and definitely do not want to lose any vent.

Here's a couple images of the replacement velocity stack for those wanting to use the gauge with ESS Supercharger systems:

This truly makes it Plug and Play. Or as an alternative - a new option for those wanting to utilize a water/meth systems after the integrated heat exchanger in the manifold.

Yes, but for Boost/IAT would need to plumb in the pressure sensors to the manifold if there is not already a present location to do so.

Other specs are picked up via CAN.

It should be in the passenger vent. I want to be cold when looking at my gauges, not my passenger.

+1, kind of a deal killer for me. And the price tag too.

Beautiful piece though.

+2. Integration into side passenger vent still allows the vent to be funtional, like P3cars have designed on the E8x 1 series. Display and functionality on Awron is far superior though.

I purchased this gauge from Tom/EAS and this is by far the best gauge on the market.
This I a must have especially if your boosted as it shows "accurately"
Boost
Pre intake temp
Post intake temp
Boost temp
Fuel pressure
Bank 1&2 afr's
Coolant temp
Oil temp
You get the point...

Best of all you can easily update the unit as it's equipped with a USB port and this gauge simply looks amazing!

Definitely a good buy!

I'll see if a limited run is possible, you would need the Kompressor setup - right?
