Eibach Pro Kit installed in an E90 M3 with EDC

As always, Eibach doesn't disappoint...

Ride is softer than stock in Comfort, not so much different in the rest. The amount of lowering is perfect IMO, specially at the front:

I installed the fronts, however it was becoming too late to do the rears -and there is no rear center jack pad that I could see as there is in the front to do both rear springs at the same time- so I ended up going to a local shop (USP Motorsport) for a quick rear springs installation.

can you pointed out where is the front center jack pad ?

Thanks... you can see the front center jack pad by just looking thru the front wheels spokes. It is directly inline with the center of the front wheels.

Just jack it up from the diff..... also on the side toward the rear tires about 2-3 feet towards the back directly in line with the front jacking point there is also a rear jacking point

Who jacks their M3 up from the diff? Won't the cooling fins get in the way?

Sorry, I was not going to to jack the car up using the differential as a jacking point... that's not designed for that purpose.

However, I did not see that rear jacking point that you are describing.

Dude, I am soooo loving your car's stance on those Eibach springs. Hope the H&R give a similar feel cos thats what i have on order. Curious Q though, Do lowered spring have an affect on the EDC on both function and potential life span?

That's still undetermined as personally I have not seen any thread yet of anybody having an EDC issue (excessive wear, malfunction, unstable ride/handling) with either the H&R or the Eibach springs.

My personal preference on the Eibach Pro Kit over the H&R's is based on my previous experiences and in the amount of lowering (.8" vs 1.0" respectively).

Thank you very much for starting this thread. I was on the edge between Eibach and H&R, but felt more at ease with Eibach. Your pictures confirm that the Eibach springs offer my ideal drop.

Wow!! That looks fantastic! Perfect drop along with the nice ride, any issues going over bumps? Does it bottom out any?

That's because Eibachs does not lower the front as much as the H&R's... just the way I like it.

Without any measured intrumentation I can say handling is sharper in turns, IMO. High speed stability is rock solid, also.

Better off saying what it does not have and that's a B&O Audio System, otherwise all option boxes are ticked.
