Feeler: '09 E90 DCT Space/Fox/Loaded
Feeler: 09 E90, Space Grey, Fox, DCT, All Options
A commercial real estate opportunity that I’ve been lusting after for nearly 15 years has finally materialized, so I need to part ways with my new baby. This is my second E90 M3. I sold my ’08 manual to an M3Post member back in December and took delivery of this amazing DCT car. The condition is perfect, not a daily driver, always garaged, documented break in, 1200 service, no issues, no stories. References available. Purchased at Gephardt BMW on 12/31/08. Title in hand. Space Grey / Fox Novillo DCT 5k miles All options minus extended leather 19's with PS2's Matte Black Kidney's Clear corner reflectors 3M 35% tint 3M bra M3 mats OEM all weather mats OEM trunk liner Is $65k a fair price for all this?

Given the deals people seem to be getting along with low new car financing, you may have to set your sights lower. That being said in the Denver market there is less inventory so you might do better than some in high volume areas like SoCal and Florida. How did you do with the sale of your 08? Might be the best proxy for you.
If it helps, 2008 5/5 E90s with low miles are going for high $40s on Manheim auctions. BTW, still want to sell your 19s? |

Yes, I have the 19's but will potentially need them to sell the car. They've been on here for weeks with almost no interest and today I have two ready buyers... weird, wild stuff

On 12/31 also, I paid 65k for the same 2009 car at Co's with everything but the DCT. Also, 5000 miles is a lot actually. I'm thinking that sub-60k is about right, like 58k.
Good luck with your real estate opportunity. (Be careful, CRE is a minefield right now). Dave

I think your estimate is a bit lite... sold my '08 6MT for $56.

::wave:: Sorry I can't buy that one!
Do you still have the 18s off the old car?
