P40's! My favorite rims of all! Hyper silver? Can't wait to see those in person. When you want to get the BBS CH's I'll take these off your hands, haha. Gonna stick with my 19's for now and do more of the perfomance mods until I wear out the rubber and go for a new look.

I only know of the silver and brushed...I went with the silver because it appeared to be a little darker than the brushed.
One thing I was wondering was how many of the people in this thread run their M3's during the winter, if at all? |

Glenn,
You, Albert, and I are going to have to co-ordinate our mod installs at Karmac...LOL. I gave in yesterday on the last mod, which will be the candy apple red cherry on top. What rubber are you going with on the Neez? Also saw a space grey coupe yesterday for the first time...very nice color on that car. Did not look nearly that good on my X5, but then again, I never washed my X5 like I did my old M. |

Kal Tire Sucks / Do not go there
Take look at the damage they did fixing a tire there for a Calgary member.
Do not go to Kal Tire for any work. They also damaged a set of rims on my Accord years ago, I will never go there again. The location was 99 St and like 53 ave or thereabout. http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=128 Take you car or tire problems to Fastech on the south side, 97 St, they do good work and are reputable and are used to expensive rims. |

I drive my M in the winter too. All u need is a nice set of winter tire and ur good to go. On another note I had a chance to test the ability of my M at the Stratotech park, my first time by the way, boy was it a blast. I definitely recommend.

Ya Theo said that his main BMW guy isn't back until the beginning of May(?) so I will have to wait till then to do my pulley, eibachs and possible exhaust if I decide on one. He also said they will do my Escort 9500ci which is sweet. Glad you liked the DCT Glenn, it is a killer on the track. So you got to drive all the M's? Sounds like a memorable experience! So we made the right choice with the M3 hey! Davy the track was a good time? Wish I would have gone but I had to make a quick trip home. How did the brakes hold up? |

Obviously bigger is better but the stockers were not the issue. Not until you go much faster but the key as always is to be smooth on the track. The DCT was killer. Blows the M5/M6 away. No delay into 3rd so the car just leaps forward. The m5/M6 stutter into each gear so a couple tenths every time. Haven't seen the the Space Grey yet but if it is close to home I am sure I will. See the GTR all the time, he lives south of Ellerslie. |

Well it was the first time for me so it was pretty damn fun pushing the M3. We should definitely hit it up some time this summer. It's a smaller track but has a bunch of tight turns so u can definitely test ur skills. It was much harder than I expected, trying to maintain the driving lines and shifting. I have much more respect for those professional drivers. haha. But the brakes held up pretty good I was impressed, but I ended getting this blister on the front tire which I'm sure shouldn't happen. I'm going to see if I can get BMW to fix that. I mean it's only been driven for 1 summer but we'll see what they say. But ur M will be a monster, I mean it's pretty crazy already.

Bummer, front tire blister, that is not cool.
At our M School we use Conti Sport Contact and they held up amazing and that was after being really blazed on a a track. |
