Poor dealer repair job

Had a suspension repair earlier this month at BMW Williams in Manchester and the caliper hasn't been bolted back on properly.

I heard a clunk whilst driving and at first I thought I was dragging something under the car. When I pulled over to investigate, saw the rear o/s brake totally locked up, resulting in the M being towed away for the second time this month. The pad was stuck to the disc and the caliper rattling around.

NOT happy. I'm not sure how to approach this on Tuesday morning other than stringing a selection of expletives together. Only had her back a week!
