Man, I'm so psyched for COTA! I registered for the full weekend. I still can't believe we'll be driving on this track.

I'll be running with Driver's Edge at TWS in March, too.

Not sure if you can do the open track day...for solo qualified drivers only. But there's a wait list for the TDE event at TWS. Green and bluw always sell out fast.

What are the details re: the open track day? I'm not approved solo yet, but should be soon. TWS and COTA will be my first track days anywhere other than MSRC (5 events).

Basically its open lapping. Cost is $150, show up at 12pm, start driving after 1pm. Come and go from the track as you please. Let me know if you are serious about doing it and I'll see if I can work a deal to put someone in the car with you as an instructor. Lots of instructors usually come to drive anyway, shouldn't be a stretch.

I'm gonna try to hit up as much track time as my wallet can handle or until my wife finds out before going to COTA if I I'm able to sign up for it. LOL

Advanced is full for both days.

Intermediate and novice is almost full for Saturday, but for Sunday there's +10 remaining for intermediate and 20 for solo.

The reason I ask is because the site says $55 for auto cross. Can you just register for the auto x?
