Problem with JIC CROSS Coilovers

Hi new here and I just picked up a set of apex arc 8 wheels 18x10 et 25 all around. With Nitto Nt01 275/35/18 tires and when I mount the wheels in the front without a spacer it touches my coilover and when I add a 10mm it still touches my coilovers but very very minimal. Because without out the spacer I was not even able to rotate the wheel now with the 10mm I'm able to spin it but I hear light rubbing on the coilover. I was thinking of running a 12.5mm and some camber but I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem cause I've been told it fits other e92 m3s with coilovers such as TC KLINE AND OLINS and they don't require spacers. I just wanna know if anyone had the same problem and could direct me in the right direction thanks!

nt01 runs wider then most tires. go through and take a look. we have the same issues with KW'S. do a search for KW and you will find all kinds of info on it

On my AA coilovers I just barely clear my 18x9.5 et 22. And my clearance is on the strut itself to the inner barrel not even the tire.

Some people have same problem with KW CS. You seem like you are touching on the lower spring perch. I have ohlins rt with similar wheel and tire setup. No spacer no touching. Try using shorter springs so you can raise the spring perch and still maintain ride height

I had the same issue with BF Goodrich Rivals and KW V3s, i added a 3mm spacer and no rubbing. This is common for some Progressive coilovers

even though that's static and will never rub when mounted it always makes me cringe a little to see how little clearance there really is.

I think I'll have to add a 12mm and run aggressive camber but now I'm thinking they will stick out to much and break the plastic fenders if I bottom out

I actually have a finger gap between the fender and wheel, my HREs stick out a bit in front and at full compression I am good, enough to put almost a cigarette in between

i put the the 12mm in front and it cleared the coilover but its kinda close to the fender i drove it around and it seems fine but i still need the camber
