2) not familiar with apex wheels in person. Is there any stamping / indicators which confirm size? If so, please post pics.
3) what is the manufacture date of tires? Any markings / stamping on side wall of tire that can be posted to confirm build date?

No damage at all, as you can see in the pics.
Literally tracked once at COTA.
Always garaged in storage bags.
I am not sure about the dates.
Both purchased early 2015.
