30% - perfect IMO. Can see well at night and not too dark to draw the ire of the cops

I installed them over a month ago - I think they're pretty much settled at this point, but definitely noticed a difference after the first 1-2 weeks

I scoot down to the Starlight car cruise in Wexford sometimes. I'm definitely planning on attending the PVGP in July
