Thought I'd post this in case anyone was interested.

My CA told me yesterday that there are 3 allocations left nationwide that aren't spoken for (level 4 or 5 allocation).

The only stipulation is that it wasn't possible to schedule an ED for them at this point, unfortunately. Otherwise I would have jumped at one of the 3 remaining

Whew. Glad I ordered 2 weeks ago when there were a about 15 allocations available. Strange to think that the e90's production run is really about to end.

You're going to give up having an E90 only because ED's not available? You might regret that... think hard! E90 FTW!

it's definitely sad times.

You think it's tough to get an allocation for an E90? Ha that was cake compared to convincing the "boss" to let me get one.

I've had two E90 M3's - orignally an '08 and now an '11.

Sorry to see them end production but happy to learn of a possible 4 door M3 in 2013+.

Wow that totally sucks. Any luck locating it yet? Can't BMW Assist help with a GPS locator?

BMW assist could not get a location on the car. I noticed it was gone very quickly, maybe within 20 minutes. But when a pro wants your car, they will get it and keep it. Probably already in another country or in a few thousand pieces. Shame

Working with insurance now. They are being cool. It will work out well. Only problem is of course I won't be getting a new e90. Mine was jb with bamboo and comp package. Very good car. Thanks again.

As of last night, there were 2 allocations (M3 sedan) left in the country. I ordered mine around 5:00EST, so now there might be 1 allocation left. FWIW
